Shipping Information
Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tennis gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compression wear
- Opened ball packages
- ITF-approved equipment used in competition
